UPDATING THE BLOGROLL

I'm updating my blogroll this week, including adding a Tech category.  Seems like these lists may get longer over time (lots of great stuff to read out there!), so I'm going to put the notes in "Tool Tips."  This means you pass your cursor over the link and you'll see a yellow box with my comments about each site I link to. This will save space in the long run. Thanks.
